Used for hundreds of years for both medical treatment and relaxation, the hot springs at the foot of a small group of Arkansas mountains gave Hot Springs National Park its name. Hot Springs National Park is centered in the northern portion of the town of Hot Springs with hiking trails and scenic mountain roads leading into the surrounding mountains. The historic Fordyce Bathhouse is no longer functioning, but it now serves as a visitor center with exhibits about the historic bathhouses which can be seen along the Bathhouse Row Historic District.
Open daily year round.
Free entry.
